How Arena Breakout bans work
Arena Breakout bans are set by the game's operator, in most cases after an automated anti-cheat detection or after trading and account activity that the operator treats as real-money trading or account sharing.
An appeal, therefore, has to answer the specific session or trade the notice refers to. It shall explain what software was running at that time and whether anyone else had access to the account, since a compromised account is a different case from cheating.

How to appeal a Arena Breakout ban
-
Save the ban notice
The first step is to secure the Arena Breakout ban message as a screenshot and as text, together with the date, the platform and any reference number or ID it shows.
-
Find the rule it relies on
The notice usually names a rule. That rule shall be looked up in the terms Tencent Games publishes, so that the appeal answers it instead of making a general complaint. Tencent Games terms of service
-
Collect what supports your side
Useful evidence includes purchase receipts, earlier support replies with ticket numbers and, for a device ban, when the PC or console was acquired and who else used it. A password, however, is never part of the evidence.
-
Send one clear appeal to the game's official support (in the game client or launcher)
The appeal is sent while signed in with the banned account, as a single request that sets out what happened in chronological order, why the rule does not fit and which documents are attached. Support contact on file: service@arenabreakout.com
-
Keep the ticket and follow up with facts
The ticket number and the reply shall be kept. If Tencent Games refuses, a second request makes sense only with new facts or a clearer explanation; repeating the first request adds nothing.
We prepare steps 2 to 4 for you: the appeal text, the rule it answers and where to send it, checked by a person before you get it. Start your Arena Breakout appeal

Questions about Arena Breakout appeals
Can I appeal an Arena Breakout ban?
Yes, through the game's official support channel. Keep the ban notice, your player ID and the date, and describe what you were doing when the ban happened.
What if my account was used by someone else?
Say so plainly and show what you can: login alerts, password-reset emails or a recovery ticket. A compromised account is a different case from cheating and should be argued that way.
Think Tencent Games got it wrong?
Tell us what happened. You will see the price and the waiting time before you pay.
