How Honor of Kings bans work
Tencent Games decides on bans in Honor of Kings and reviews appeals against them. Thus, an appeal goes to Tencent Games's own support; it shall refer to the exact notice and the rule it names and explain what actually happened on the account.

How to appeal a Honor of Kings ban
-
Save the ban notice
The first step is to secure the Honor of Kings ban message as a screenshot and as text, together with the date, the platform and any reference number or ID it shows.
-
Find the rule it relies on
The notice usually names a rule. That rule shall be looked up in the terms Tencent Games publishes, so that the appeal answers it instead of making a general complaint. Tencent Games terms of service
-
Collect what supports your side
Useful evidence includes purchase receipts, earlier support replies with ticket numbers and, for a device ban, when the PC or console was acquired and who else used it. A password, however, is never part of the evidence.
-
Send one clear appeal to Tencent Games player support
The appeal is sent while signed in with the banned account, as a single request that sets out what happened in chronological order, why the rule does not fit and which documents are attached. Support contact on file: support@honorofkings.com
-
Keep the ticket and follow up with facts
The ticket number and the reply shall be kept. If Tencent Games refuses, a second request makes sense only with new facts or a clearer explanation; repeating the first request adds nothing.
We prepare steps 2 to 4 for you: the appeal text, the rule it answers and where to send it, checked by a person before you get it. Start your Honor of Kings appeal
