How FiveM bans work
FiveM is a multiplayer platform for Grand Theft Auto V. Global FiveM bans are decided by the platform itself, whereas bans on individual FiveM servers are decided by each server's staff.
Consequently, an appeal against a server ban goes to that server, usually through its Discord or website, while a global ban is a matter for the platform's own support. Neither of them is handled by Rockstar Support for GTA Online.

How to appeal a FiveM ban

Save the ban notice
The first step is to secure the FiveM ban message as a screenshot and as text, together with the date, the platform and any reference number or ID it shows.

Find the rule it relies on
The notice usually names a rule. That rule shall be looked up in the terms Rockstar Games publishes, so that the appeal answers it instead of making a general complaint. Rockstar Games terms of service

Collect what supports your side
Useful evidence includes purchase receipts, earlier support replies with ticket numbers and, for a device ban, when the PC or console was acquired and who else used it. A password, however, is never part of the evidence.

Send one clear appeal to the FiveM platform's support for global bans, or the server's own appeal channel (often Discord) for server bans
The appeal is sent while signed in with the banned account, as a single request that sets out what happened in chronological order, why the rule does not fit and which documents are attached. Official page: support.cfx.re/hc/en-us/requests/new

Keep the ticket and follow up with facts
The ticket number and the reply shall be kept. If Rockstar Games refuses, a second request makes sense only with new facts or a clearer explanation; repeating the first request adds nothing.
