How The Finals bans work
The Finals is developed and published by Embark Studios. In general, bans follow anti-cheat detections, reports of cheating or exploit use, or conduct in matches.
Appeals go to Embark's player support. The notice, the Embark ID, the platform and a description of the software on the PC form the core of the request; where an exploit was used unknowingly, the appeal shall say so and explain when it was noticed.

How to appeal a The Finals ban
-
Save the ban notice
The first step is to secure the The Finals ban message as a screenshot and as text, together with the date, the platform and any reference number or ID it shows.
-
Find the rule it relies on
The notice usually names a rule. That rule shall be looked up in the terms Embark Studios publishes, so that the appeal answers it instead of making a general complaint. Embark Studios terms of service
-
Collect what supports your side
Useful evidence includes purchase receipts, earlier support replies with ticket numbers and, for a device ban, when the PC or console was acquired and who else used it. A password, however, is never part of the evidence.
-
Send one clear appeal to Embark Studios support for The Finals
The appeal is sent while signed in with the banned account, as a single request that sets out what happened in chronological order, why the rule does not fit and which documents are attached. Official page: id.embark.games/the-finals/support (link checked on 26 Oct 2026)
-
Keep the ticket and follow up with facts
The ticket number and the reply shall be kept. If Embark Studios refuses, a second request makes sense only with new facts or a clearer explanation; repeating the first request adds nothing.
We prepare steps 2 to 4 for you: the appeal text, the rule it answers and where to send it, checked by a person before you get it. Start your The Finals appeal
